We do not control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the product, we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It should also be in the original package.
